An artist’s edition terracotta sculpture by renowned Italian/French sculptor Atoniucci Volti (1915 - 1989).
Inspired by 19th Century greats of his craft Rodin and Bourdelle, Volti is known for his voluptuous female forms in bronze, terracotta and studies on paper.
Works by Volti are in leading museums such as the Musee National d'Art Moderne, Paris. The Musee Volti- Fondation Volti, in Villefranche situated between Nice and Monaco is a museum dedicated to his works and was opened in 1980.
